They were professional, prompt, and made sure to answer any questions I had. My only issue is that the MRI tech made an unsettling comment on my way out, saying, "I hope everything works out for you", very somber. Which has me super anxious now. I don't understand why she couldn't have just said "have a nice evening" and instead made that remark which makes it seem like they saw something bad on the scan but can't tell me (which I understand they can't tell me, that's not my issue). Maybe don't say comments like that to people. Otherwise I had no issues

i don’t get these negative reviews because i have had nothing but great experiences here. i had to get fluids done here because i was dehydrated and had to stay for over an hour and the guy who gave them to me was so kind! i also had to get blood work done a little bit ago and the nurse who did my blood was also very kind and nice to talk to! i really like this place

Extremely rude. My appointment was cancelled even after the main hospital called to tell them I was at the wrong building. My initial appointment was for 1pm. I was at the Community Hospital at this time, in the wrong building. After realizing that I was at the wrong facility, a representative from the hospital called the correct facility to say that they were sending me over to the correct building. I arrived at the correct Wellspan facility at 1:23pm. The staff was extremely short with me and rude as I was attempting to explain my case. I was abruptly and dismissively informed that I could not be seen by the doctor even though they were informed that I was at the wrong facility. I drove over 45 minutes for that appointment. Rude staff that dont understand that a 2 year old will not just sit and be quiet. Receptionist acted like she couldnt find my daughters blood work then basically called me a liar but didnt bother appoligizing fpr her rude behavior after she found the blood work in the system . If you cant wotk with ppl you shouldnt work on healthcare . It requires people skills which obviously was not a priority this visit. Will never be returning to this location. Im in shock at the horrible level of unproffessionalizm. Just wow!
