WellSpan Pharmacy at Ephrata Community Hospital

This pharmacy used to be good, don’t know what happened. Came with prescription. They said it would be filled in 20 minutes. Came back later on waited in line for another 15 minutes for prescription. But I got to the counter, They said it still wasn’t filled yet. Clerk told me to come back later, which I did two hours later. Was then told that they couldn’t fill it because they don’t have what I needed in stock. What a waste of time.

Called to check on a medication that we were trying to locate for my husband. Spoke with Paul. He was SUPER helpful and went above and beyond to explain to me why we have not been able to locate the prescription. Stellar customer service!

Our prescriptions were not ready upon release from hospital- we didn’t ask to come to this pharmacy- they were rude that I would even ask for the prescriptions- I asked if I could come back tomorrow- I was told if I can come when they are open- I was sick and I couldn’t make us Saturday- closed Sunday- so can’t get hospital doctor prescribed meds until Monday. DO NOT LET DR SEND PRESCRIPTIONS HERE- USE WEIS MARKETS.

Love this pharmacy! Great staff except one lady is quite grumpy! Overall, excellent service and staff!

Great customer service! Always helpful. Changed to this pharmacy not long ago ad have been very pleased.
