WellSpan Meadowbrook Health Center

Our family of six has been going to this WellSpan office for seven years. It's a nice new building and it's always quiet inside. They accept a lot of insurance providers. The office staff are polite and helpful. The doctors are professional and we typically admire their work.

Wellspan is a joke. This is the second location that has given us crap for things out of our control. Older woman that came up to the desk was condescending towards my mother whilst she was crying trying to explain that we were here for an unrelated appointment. She says "your blood work isn't even done" when we weren't even there for that! They were given further sensitivity training as far as I'm aware, but it's not enough. I've had nothing but negative experiences with Wellspan for many years, multiple different locations including their ER and Behavioral unit. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.
