As per usual, the visit begins with the receptionists. The desk staff at this location is very friendly, as well as efficient in their jobs, even at the start of the year with all of the client insurance changes. The waiting area is clean and bright, as is the restroom, not that one usually has much time to spend in either. Once checked in, there usually is very little wait time, if any. (I think the very most I've had to wait is 15min, and that was very unusual.) Today, I didn't even get the chance to sit down when my name was called. :) Christy checked me in once we were in the exam room. She was polite, professional & expedient in her duties, all the while still being friendly and conversational. I always have a great experience there. Everyone is very nice and very professional from the desk staff to the medical staff. My nurse was great!! And Dr Macke is excellent!! Would highly recommend this practice!!

Great experience! Dr. Mackey took her time to explain my options to remove a cyst on my neck. The procedure took about 10 minutes and I felt not pain. Her nurse was excellent too! I highly recommend Dr. Mackey.

Front desk staff, nurse/scribe/PA were very nice, but that is all. Dr. Mackey was thorough, but had no bedside manner and spent more time selling me on why I needed to go to a specific pharmacy for medication. I appreciate the experience but it shouldn’t be a sales pitch. The whole thing was odd & unlike any other Dr’s/Derm visit I have had before.

Best experience I had at a Doctor's office. Got me in within a week, other dermatologists were scheduling for months out.The doctor diagnosed and removed my cyst in about 5 minutes, other derms said they probably wouldn't perform the excision on the first visit. no bs or second appointment necessary. Very respectful of your time.
