WellSpan Internal Medicine - Wilson Street

I asked for a yearly preventative check up for a job application. In the office that is all they did. Plus a tb test I was happy to pay for. They told me I was all good as I left the office only to get an exta bill for $140 dollars weeks later because they didn't file it as a yearly check up after I told them that's all I wanted and they said that was fine. I called about it and they refuse to change the billing. I'm tired of this dishonest and unethical behavior. They won't see me back. Such a waste of money.

This office was recently switched to Wellspan. On my first visit with a new provider in the office I was extremely disappointed . My records that were switched to Wellspan were very incomplete and some of my information was wrong. I would suggest anyone continuing to go to their practice be very cautious because if you aren't sure of your conditions they may treat you as another person. My mother was also just recently there and they had medications in her file that she has never taken. I believe this is a very concerning problem and patients need to be very aware!

As a patient for over 20 years, I can't say enough in praise of the staff at Wellspan Wilson St. Dr Vonah, in particular, is one of the very best physicians I've known. There has been a transition as mentioned by a previous reviewer but I have no doubt they'll rectify any glitches
