Scheduled a new patient appointment weeeeeeks in advance. A week before my scheduled appointment I received a phone call from the office stating the doctor wouldn't be in that day & that I needed to reschedule. The fact that this is my first time being seen at that office & then all of sudden cancel just seems like they wouldn't care about my health even if I was an established patient.

Been with Dr. Kamsler for years, and he is extremely helpful, quick to respond, caring, gets you where you need to go quickly if a specialist is needed. He is the best! And so is his staff... friendly, caring, answer questions quickly and get you help!! Couldn’t ask for a better place for medical care!

I was just another number. I have a stomach condition that makes me vomit. On the way in I got sick and had to pull over. I was 7 min late. To an hour long appointment. Was told I couldn't be seen because another patient would be there in 15min. What happened to my whole hour?????? Highly disappointed!
