I have been coming to Gettysburg eyecare for about 20 years now. The service is exceptional! Amy provides excellent Client centered care. She always helps me pick out my frames and helps me understand which frames would look best with my Face and eyes, as well as, will support the type of glasses I need to wear. Everyone is wonderful here, super friendly, and willing to help in anyway! I have to say my service has always been above and beyond expectations!

Please tell me how I cannot cancel my order within a less than 24 hour time frame. I realized that after talking me into transition lenses that I didn't need them due to my job. They stated that they could not change nor cancel the order. Seriously? Within a less than 24 hour time frame. That is ridiculous. I don't buy the insurance excuse either. I think it more of a money thing for them. Not recommended. I am not sure if it was my insurance company calling the office or what happened, but my odder was rectified and when I went to get my glasses, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. I WILL be going back.

As always, Gburg Eye Care did not disappoint in their excellent service. Here I am with my new Vera Wang beauties. Amy and the staff are always the best. These glasses needed no adjustment. Wonderful! Another shout out to Gettysburg Eye Care for updating the lenses in my computer glasses. These frames are one of my favorites. Amy lovingly replaced them for me. This is the third time. Good frames can be around for a long time. Thanks for making that possible.

I just had a checkup after skipping a few years and I’m so glad I came back in! The entire staff and doctor were great, I felt that all my questions were properly addressed and my new prescription is working well. Amy helped me narrow down my choices, and I was so thankful to have her guidance! I can’t make those decisions easily and she lead me to the perfect pair and pair of sunglasses. Happy to see again; I’ll be back for the next checkup!

I love this place so much! The front desk is always so welcoming. The short one, Amy, does a great job as well. She helped me pick out glasses in an honest and helpful way, and now I love wearing my glasses. Couldn’t recommend them more!
