I had a wonderful experience calling in to schedule an appointment, thanks to Lindsey at the front desk. She was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure my dad’s insurance was accepted, which I truly appreciated. Lindsey went above and beyond to help us feel confident and taken care of. Giving this unprofessional place 1 star is far too many! Had a 915 am appointment for 2 vaccines. Waited for over an hour while everyone who came after me kept being called. I finally asked and I was told they are short staffed on nurses and the nurses there are running patients for Doctors. I was treated as though I was a walk in or something. 10 am appointments were being called while I still waited. Then finally I was told they had to get the Dr to write an order for a vaccine and that they didn't even have the other one. I just walked out. I am now completely screwed as I needed these vaccines in a certain order. I had to cancel my Friday appointment at the pharmacy for the rest of them because I needed the one they didn't have 1st. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me they

Don’t waste your time going there staff was rude and did not help at all. Had a stat referral for an endoscopy been in pain for 5 days no rest and the nurse practitioner Kaitlin was like if you feel worst symptoms go to the emergency room. Waiting for this appointment for her to not even check me at all. Was a waste of time and money.

Horrible with prior authorizations expect to be without your medication for WEEKS !!! ITS AS IF they do NOT CARE about your health or mental well-being!
