Do NOT see Dr. Michael Benton. Money was tight, so I decided to wait an extra day to be seen for strep throat to avoid the higher urgent care co-pay. My husband had just tested positive, and I had all the symptoms. First thing he says is you obviously have it, so I am not sure I even need to test you. Then he tested me anyways and because it is a false negative, I have to get one sent to the lab. The cost of both tests end up being more than if I went to urgent care AND I had to wait for relief until I got the official results back. He clearly didn't care about the pain I was in or my financial situation. Giving them 3 stars because I absolutely adore Dr. Alyssa Lage. She is always kind, understanding, and actually listens to your concerns. Wish I could review them both separately.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called Friday to schedule my daughter for a required vaccine for school. After talking to the AI rep, who transferred me to a person, who transferred me to the office, I still had to leave a message for someone to call me back. Today (Monday) I received a call back and the woman who said she just recently started there told me we were put on the schedule for two weeks from now with a new provider because the one we have always seen has left the practice and that this would be considered a new patient appointment. No notice our provider left (even though she said there were notes that they called and sent it in the mail). I asked what number they called because I have had the same number for 6 years at least. I hate this place and really need to switch to a different office. Been going here since I was a baby tbh so I didn't choose it to begin with but now I'm an adult so I guess I should find an office that actually cares about the patient

I have had a pleasant experience every time I visit this practice. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are incredibly clean. Dr. Hofmeister and Dr. Campbell both have been amazingly helpful with my treatment plans and their doctor to patient communication is excellent! I can tell they truly care for my wellbeing. I know walking into the practice, the general aura will always be positive and welcoming. I recommend them to all searching for a new practice.

I had to find another PCP, as mine retired last July from another office. I was scheduled with Dr Anna Mathews. Everything was nice until she walked into the room. She said to me “You are taking a lot of meds”. She continued we need to change this & that and try this instead. I have numerous illnesses that I do take a lot of meds, but I have other Drs managing most of them. I couldn’t even ask her anything because I was too upset. I called in when I got home & told them about my visit & told them I never want to be scheduled with her again! The person I talked to said she will have to ask the provider, if I could change Drs.
