Merit Dental - Manchester

One of the worst experiences in my lifetime. As I told the office manager I wouldn't send a hermit crab to this office and I stand by that. My husband needed a crown they did the impression on a Friday 10/31. The following week my husband was in such pain I called the office and left a message as they were close on Friday 11/07. Monday rolls around and not a single call from the office. I called them telling them he is in a lot of pain and they squeezed him in that day. He was told that the temporary was thin and that a small portion of his root was exposed. They did offer to get another appoint to replace the temporary, however he opted to wait for the crown thinking it would be done in a few days anyhow. Stay clear of this office. Horrible place. The so called office manager, who answered the phone when I called to reschedule my husband’s appointment was absolutely horrible. She needs to be educated on how to talk to people. She kept telling me about their new policy that was put in place 3 months ago about giving notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Well, if this was put in place 3 months ago why didn’t she or whoever I spoke with last month tell me this. Then she kept mentioning it to me instead of doing her job and looking for another available date for my husband’s appointment. I ended up telling her to cancel out my appointments and my husband’s appointments and we will go somewhere else. I called her back because I wanted to ask her another question.
