I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this office. Yesterday, we received a notification stating my son's appointment was at 10:00 AM. This morning, he received another notification at 9:00 AM asking if he had arrived—an hour earlier than what we were told. I immediately called the number listed online, only to discover that it goes to an automated third-party answering service. I spent over 20 minutes on hold while we rushed to the office, and when we arrived, we were told my son could not be seen and would have to reschedule. This situation was entirely caused by their incorrect notification system, yet we were the ones inconvenienced. AI assistant on the phone has made it impossible to get through to a real person. Each time I call I sit for 15+ minutes before I have to just hang up & try again or someone answers. I never had this problem before the AI assistant. It says to try the portal for more efficiency, but how is it efficient when it takes providers or the office 48 hrs or more to respond? AI is wasteful and harmful to the environment and it quite literally is not helpful in this scenario. It is also impersonal and inhuman. I enjoy speaking to the people working the front desk because they respond with real empathy & human emotion and are good at their jobs. Sort it out wellspan.

Ashley Neusbaum provided repeatedly subpar care to me. Upon my first visit to establish care, she recorded everything without my knowledge. I understand that this can save the providers' time, however all of the notes the recording device transcribed were incorrect. During my following visit, I voiced my concern about the inaccuracies to the women at the front desk. They provided me with information on the recording system that I signed to OPT OUT of this "service" completely. I also opted out within the WellSpan app. I had a couple bothersome benign moles that I wanted removed. Ashley assured me that she could remove these moles in-office during a different visit. I later found out that if she had simply referred me to a specialist, this procedure would have been covered by my insurance

I have been seeing Audrey for years and I absolutely love her. The nursing staff is always friendly as well as reception. I’ll never change providers as long as it remains this way. They’re always happy to help.

First they never told me that my dr left the practice last year. I started having some serious medical issues and I called to make a appt. They told me to go to a walk clinic which I did. Walk-in clinic ordered labs and I got a blood pressure cuff to start monitoring it at home. I have triple digit blood pressures and labs were all very high indicating diabetes. I called them and gave them my blood pressures and my lab results. If I had not called before they closed NO ONE would have called me to follow up on this. I need medication to get this undercontrol an they cannot see me until 5 days from now and did not order me anything to control this until my appt. I am just hoping I don't die before this appt.
