WellSpan Family Medicine - Hayshire

I had my first appointment here today and saw Dr. Hall. This was genuinely one of the best exam experiences I’ve ever had! Dr. Hall was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and personable. He made the appointment really lighthearted, easy and took cautious care in answering all questions/concerns that I had. I did not feel rushed or improperly cared for in any way. Everybody was kind and professional, I would recommend this office to anyone! I felt very well taken care of. Happy to have chosen Wellspan Hayshire as my primary care doctor.

Can never get a appointment. Wait times are out a month or two

Dr. Keenan is AWESOME. He truly cares && listens when I have a concern. He takes care of all my medical needs without a concern. Best doctor I have ever had. Plus the ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and Chloe is the sweetest. Means a lot when your doctor's whole office cares about you.

When your 14 mins late for your appointment, they said im excessively late and the doctor left for the day... although waiting 5 minutes to get checked it, still said their policy is 10 mins. So if i was on time, Dr.Hall were you only give my son 14 mins of your time? The front desk was rude, and said all the other Drs were booked solid, that i had to reschedule and come back another day. No consideration, or a kind bone in this facility.When leaving walking out door, they had a deluvery of pizza's... was i just inconvenience of their pizza party...

Dr.Hall is professional, personable & overall one of the best Doctors my son & I have ever dealt with. He will always be my recommendation when the opportunity presents itself. Wellspan needs more doctors like him (just my opinion). With medical practices being short staffed for multiple reasons, I sure hope they do what they can to hold on to the good ones.
