WellSpan Family Medicine - Granite Run

I don't understand what they're doing over there, but they definitely lost their compassion. One of my favorite things about my doctor was that she cared. Here. They don't care. They'll let you die. I'm over here very sick covered in hives with no transportation. I'm suffering so bad. All I need is medicine to help with the itch but no. I'm poor. We all know what happens to poor people. They missed two video phone calls with me. First one I waited in an hour. The second one I waited an hour and a half only for them to disconnect it. And then I finally got a hold of someone and they asked me a thousand questions. And they still couldn't help me.. she wants me to come into the office but I am unable to because I do not have transportation. It's about an hour drive. And yes I drive that far b

What they're doing to my wife should be against the law. She's covered in hives and can't get to the doctor because she does not have transportation. They cannot get that through their head. They are so out of touch with reality. It's not even funny. I want to know where all this magical money is going to come from? My wife is having an allergic reaction from something she tried. She's had hives for 2 days. She can breathe fine. The only thing that's swollen is her ears but she has bumps head to toe. And it's definitely hives cuz this is not our first round with them. This is just the worst she's ever gotten them. So obviously a steroid is going to be in order. But now she can't get any because they're they're forcing her to go in even though she doesn't have transportation. So long story

I’ve never left a bad review before literally anywhere I just started coming to this practice (I usually go to may grant and they’re all so sweet at the reception desk) but the guy at the front desk answering service from wellspan granite run was the rudest receptionist I’ve ever spoken to I’m honestly very much baffled. Not acceptable at all unless he was certainly looking for an argument from a 25 year old client wow very upset about how rude this man this..

Wellspan doesn't have a strong foothold on LanCo. This place, at times, can be understaffed and chaotic, so give stuff like prescription refills and waiting for someone to see your message, like, one extra day. It's annoying, but welcome to America. Unless you're a billionaire, this is as good as it gets.

I had been a patient at Penn State Limespring prior to switching to Wellspan Granite run. I started seeing Dr. Brighter. I’ve found her to be compassionate, caring and attentive. My second appointment she was running behind schedule. It was clearly marked on the white board. I did not mind waiting for her because she takes the time you as a patient need. I also needed lab work done and could get it done that day. I feel blessed to have found a caring provider.
