Kaplan Family Hearing Center

Absolutely amazing place to get my hearing aids and get them serviced. I was a client of Hear Here and stuck with Kaplan Family after they took it over. They are always there and willing to help with any of my issues. Super friendly and very personable. I need my hearing aids daily to interact with my employees and these guys make it happen. Dr. Kaplan does a great job working with you to get you what you need and making the right adjustments. Lauren is always smiling when you walk in the door and great to interact with. I am in my 30s and have been wearing hearing aids for 10+ years. I wouldn’t see anyone else!

A very positive experience. After randomly picking their business from a repair center web-site I called Kaplan Family Hearing out of the blue. With a flurry of emails, photos, and an unscheduled office visit the receptionist was able to repair one of my hearing aids in the same afternoon. The receptionist also contacted the hearing aid manufacturer to confirm warranty coverage (my hearing aids were purchased in Europe), obtain an additional part, and arranged to have the receiver wire sent to me at my NY state address. Kaplan handled my case w professionalism and courtesy to solve basic but unanticipated issues from a spontaneous client. Well done. Thanks again, --Darrel

Dr. Kaplan inquires after his patient’s needs, is a good listener, is knowledgeable and always helpful. My goal was to both improve my hearing in general and to have hearing aids that would transmit – and not distort - the full spectrum of sound at live concerts of the Philadelphia Orchestra. Success on both counts! The follow-up service on my hearing aids has been effortless.

Dr. Kaplan is very professional, patient and kind. He was especially thorough in the two visits I had with him. He explained everything there was for me to know about my hearing and my hearing aides. He did very comprehensive exams. I appreciated the complete cleaning/testing he did with my hearing aides. Lauren is also professional, friendly and accommodating. I recommend this practice for any persons with hearing issues and or hearing needs.

I can not say enough about Kaplan Family Hearing Center! Along with providing excellent care and service, they have a way of making you feel like you are not just another patient! Dr Kaplan and his staff are as genuine as they come! Highly recommend!
