I filed a complaint against Dr Simran Pandey and no one called me back. She said that I seemed sad that I don’t have diabetes and that she doesn’t have a crystal ball to see the future when I asked if one of my medications could cause diabetes. Then when I got upset and cried she asked if I’m in therapy and need to schedule in appointment like I shouldn’t be upset and as if I’m some crazy person. I’m a truck driver and I wasn’t sad that I wasn’t diabetic. She was very unprofessional and I should have received better service than that. I don’t know if she’s just use to people that’s not working coming there but I work 6 days a week and have had my CDL 9 years I have insurance that I pay for

Some of the staff are incredibly helpful. For issues relating to mental health i highly recommend the zocdoc telehealth app especially for severe anxiety/panic disorder, as that was the only issue i had with this location at one point (different doctor-patient relationship styles that do not always suit the patients best interest. Ps, saffron is mentioned in the Bible several times and is scientifically and clinically proven to be more effective than SSRI’s in treating depression and anxiety (as well as boosting libido and many other benefits!!) minus the side effects! Honey and honeycomb. Olive oil on the skin and incorporated into diet (ensure you stay within recommended limits), assists fat soluble and oil based neurotransmitters in crossing blood brain barrier. Celtic salt is also good

Disappointed that we were not able to get help .. especially since this was our second visit and been to the ER 4 times. Only one doctor truly seemed to care… but then we were sent to a walk in ortho for a NUMB HAND. The Roth said he didn’t quite understand why. I asked for simple physical therapy exercises at home and I couldn’t even get those, after I was annoying myself at that point and 4 people came in and out we finally got a couple “recommendations”.. I’m not sure I even want to take my boyfriend back. I’m trying to be patient but omg he’s been like this almost a full month and it continues to worsen, lost 10 pounds this week! I hope they can get it together over there. Maybe learn manors?

Started going here when we moved to the area. Even used this office when 2 of my girls were born. Loved that that saw the whole family. Now all the doctors have changed and you never see the same person. I think they took on too many patients and don’t give that personal care they used to.

I am new to this area and had been trying to establish a PCP in this area. After calling this practice I was sent forms including a paper to fill out to send to my prior physician to have him send my medical records. While I was reading all this paperwork I noticed on this medical record release form that it clearly states I could refuse to sign this and that they could not refuse me service. Considering my physician back home never ordered a test or even took the 2 minutes to listen to my heart in the 5 years I went to see him sending him this paper was worthless. Currently I am seriously ill with a fever and other symptoms and once again because of this paper that clearly states I do NOT have to sign I am being denied treatment.
