Our mother is in this place and she is not happy with how she is treated by the CNAs there. Some are nice but then there are the rude ones. She is there for rehab after she got out of the hospital and her pt isn't doing well, nor how she is taken care of. They seem to treat her like she has mental issues and believe me she doesn't. Any time she is talked to on the phone she is unhappy. That shouldn't be happening. It's because of how she is being treated there and the way they talk to her. She had lost some of her clothes there and was never returned to her. How do you lose people's clothes? They are labeled and should go right back to the person they belong to unless they are stolen by staff members. This doesn't just happen to her it happens to others. Her phone was snatched from her

Please do not let your family stay here, im so aunt was there and it's was horrible! Understaffed, food cold, staff mean. Never let a family stay here for rehab. It's not clean, nurses argue and are mean. They will reply to this post they stive to make it better. They lie. Don't put family love ones here.. choose another location please

This place deserves a zero! I would not want my worst enemy here , much less my father. Horrible staff and apathetic mgt. Food was gross! This place is dirty and loud - Rude cnas especially evenings and overnight. Therapy staff were friendly and professional. The ONLY redeeming quality about this place. Do not send your loved ones here! There are better options. Advocate for your family member!

Duscusting place, understaffed. Dirty. Do not have anyone stay here. Underataffed dirty, staff is not friendly. Do not let family stay here. They claim they want to do better but they cant.. they need the staff even if they are mean. Dirty place dont put family here please

My mother was there, I felt so bad she was there because the staff argued, and was mean. They didn’t have time to answer questions. It was dirty and the food was freezing cold. Do not let your family stay here for rehab. They will say they will drive to do better but they said a staff member would never work there again for yelling, yet they let her work there, if you want a nightmare place then this is it . Please know it’s the worst place ever
