WellSpan Family Medicine - East Berlin

They have very nice staff, great doctors, and plenty of parking. They also have disability parking. They have a blood lab in the same building which is very convenient.

I rate them a 3…only because my excellent doctor rates a 5++, but the office staff (charitably) rates a 1. They consistently send my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy…the most recent screw-up resulting in my having to wait nearly 5 days for meds for pneumonia and bronchitis to arrive BY MAIL instead of the day I was seen. I love my doctor but I will not allow my health to be jeopardized, so I’m actively seeking another practice. STAY AWAY.

Respectful and efficient. Online scheduling makes it easier. I needed to schedule two appointments for new problems and was able to get in both times without a problem.

I would not recommend anyone going here. The receptionist is terrible. They have a 7 minute last policy we were 5 minutes late to appointment due to construction that wasn't our fault. Doctor wasn't even done with the patient before us. Instead of helping us checking in faster receptionist sat there let us waste another 2 mins on kiosk asking questions about how we put food in our home that makes no sense for a doctors appointment, so got turned away that day then made an appointment yesterday for my daughter that 17 years old was told she could take her self if she had a note. Gave note and same receptionist turned her away and said the rules changed. Mind you we live in. York and to east Berlin it's a hike. Wellspan policy is all the same! My doctor is always busy. I think I met her once. I have been going there for years. Once my doctor retired, I had to get a new one. She is always book over 6 months. They have messed up my order three times to CVS. I feel like I am just a paycheck to them.
