The front office personnel may exhibit unprofessional behavior at least some of them, and it is advisable to reconsider visiting during walk-in hours. The service operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and I observed that two individuals were permitted to enter before me. Instead of addressing the situation appropriately, the staff member responded with an unhelpful attitude. My pcp is great though.

I've been a patient here for over 10 years. For the most part, this office was pretty good. Don't get me wrong, most of the staff are really nice but when you go to schedule an appointment and your doctor isn't available, you see someone else. Well I did just that and I don't appreciate that when I try to reach out to you, you do everything to avoid talking to me. I leave a message on the portal to call me about my test results and my concerns. I so miss Dr. Deborah McMillan and Mrs. Karen Held. These two were my former primary care doctors. No matter if I am not your regular patient, treat me as though I am one of your regular patients. I'm really considering changing practices.

This place could easily be hit with malpractice suits. My family and friends have gone here and since switched. From having literal life threatening stomach issues that were dismissed as “smoking marijuana,” my dad constantly getting denied treatment, and even blatantly telling us that we are not having the symptoms we are having. Nobody here knows how to be a doctor, and this place needs to be examined and intercepted for intentional malpractice. Simply put, don’t go here. You won’t get treated properly.

If you are seeking a new physician, please run as fast as you can from this practice. They are not personable and will treat you like patient number 563. They do not like when you ask questions and expect you to do as they say. I suffered for many years with this office and sent over 10 formal complaints with no real changes. If you like to be belittled and treated like you are not part of your care, this place is perfect for you! I since went to UPMC and they are 110% better and allow me to be part of my care.

I love my doctor,she is 👍 great. Also there is a nurse there who is friendly. I have no complaints. As for the CRNP....not a fan ...I think a person needs to dress professional and look descent at work. She looked like she was going to a punk concert
