I really really like my doctor here and the other 2 physicians I've seen are great. However, the scheduling and check in staff come off as rude sometimes. I also don't know why there's so many steps to check in - a text message with a link, a tablet kiosk, and still even if you do one of those methods of check in, you have to go see a clerk at the front. What's the point of the online check-in or the kiosk if you're just going to make me come to the counter anyways? And she was condescending about it when she called me up. I'm only giving 4 stars because I love my doctor, but your front staff need more compassion, as they never know what these patients are coming in for or dealing with.

Super nice place. They take great care of my grandmother! Nurse is funny and very helpful. Doctor cares and always finds ways to help.

This is a great family doctor. Both my kids go here and each have a different doctor, and we have seen 4-5 of them, but they are all great. They all do a good job of caring and listening and the front desk staff are so kind too.

I was greeted by a friendly face. I was processed quickly and when I left the person that registered me, wishes me a good day. Awesome customer service.

This is where my doctor is located he is my main provider and I will have Dr John T Coates until the day that I die I think or I should say I know he is the best doctor that I ever had in my life he has really tried his best with me and if you ever need a doctor or medical help this is the place I recommend that you people go to.
