Wells Family Dental Group- Ten Ten

I’ve tried multiple dentist practices in the area and Well’s so far has had the best communication, the office is very clean, upfront with cost and assisting with instance benefits, so far every staff member has been welcoming, and I don’t feel pressured or that it’s a “ sales” pitch to do something more at every cleaning . The dentist are great at explaining what needs to be done and gives options that fit the patients needs and budget

Super friendly staff the dental assistant was great they took me in earlier than my scheduled appointment! I believe her name was Alexis, and the nice lady who cleaned my teeth, Amy was the most gentle dentist I’ve ever had! My teeth feel great 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming dentist!

I moved down from Upstate New York and needed to find a reliable and trustworthy dentist. At my first visit to Wells Family Dentistry on Ten Ten Rd. in Raleigh, I felt very welcomed and seen. The staff here were extremely friendly and relatable. They also explained what they were doing to my teeth and gave great visuals. I 100% recommend Wells Family Dentistry. They did a thorough job on my cleaning and X-rays. I know my family's dental needs and cleanings will be well taken care of by Wells Family Dentistry!

My experience was awesome! Amy was very pleasant and explained what she was going to do and offer other helpful information and services that was free with my insurance. Dr Chapman was also pleasant and confirmed what was needed for my care. The whole staff was very nice and I look forward to my next visit.

Today was my very first visit at this office. The staff was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. They explained any current issues, and gave me their recommendations on how to remedy those issues. I’m not a big fan of dental offices, but I felt comfortable here.
