Precision Brain Center

Precision Brain Center came well referenced by people I trusted. I was already planning on going because of some Parkinson's concerns when I suffered a concussion from a fall. I called a made an appointment right away and when I went and experienced their thoroughness it gave me great hope. I knew I wasn't going to go the regular drug based route and was so relieved to find a great alternative. So far (I've had 3 treatments) I have noticed my brain is nowhere near as overwhelmed as it was. I'm excited for my brain health future.

I came to Precision Brain Center after chemotherapy — struggling with brain fog, sleep problems, headaches, and anxiety. I didn’t want to take any more medications, so I decided to try functional neurology after hearing great things about Precision Brain Center. I noticed improvement after my very first treatment. Dr. Gabella is excellent, as well as everyone I’ve interacted with via email and at the desk. I was treated as an outpatient client for multiple consecutive days of treatment, during which time the whole team was completely attentive to my needs and convenience, helping me navigate Raleigh and recommending restaurants! I would highly recommend coming in from out of town to receive intensive treatment if you are not local, it was a fantastic and stress-free experience. I was receiving treatment for dysautonomia and POTS symptoms, the most severe of which have improved significantly since receiving treatment, and I continue my at-home therapies curated by Dr. Gabella each day and have been doing so for over four months. I have also been consistent with the Hardy’s supplements she recommends,
