First visit. Instantly impressed. Friendly staff, and facility was clean. I had made my appointment same day. I didn’t have any long waits. The NP that attended me was very knowledgeable. She listened carefully. I felt confident with diagnoses. If I need a same day appointment again, I would go back to WellNow Urgent Care without hesitation.

Thank you to Mr. Ashkar for being so quick and efficient in evaluating my condition. I also asked if my prescription could be sent to a different pharmacy location, and he handled it right away, which I truly appreciated. The staff were all wonderful, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care you provide to your patients.

Thank you Doctor Muelyad Ashkar! !!!!! He performed a 7 stitch suture procedure on left palm of hand. Very clean and straight sutures! I believe I will have full mobility once heeled and minimal scaring! Very impressed with the outcome! I almost passed out during the procedure. Thankfully his fast thinking and attentiveness kept me from blacking out. He is very witty, knowledgeable and personable! Great experience!

Make sure to review your bills for this Urgent Care. They will charge you $30 before your visit and another $30 after your visit. That is more than any normal doctor visit. On top of it, I had an appointment for 530. I did not leave until 830. A few times the staff at this Urgent Care seemed to have forgotten me. Twice they said testing had been done when it had not been. It makes me really think when the swabbing of my nose and mouth were done that the tests billed to my insurance never happen.
