What an absolutely amazing experience!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and Doctor Alexander was amazing too. Very straight forward, direct, I appreciated it. I hadn't been able to chew on the right side since March (7 months) when the filling was installed. The office that installed it told me there was nothing wrong with the filling and tried to correct it TWICE! They even referred me to another local office who ultimately told me my tooth was cracked and my options were a root canal or pulling the tooth. I had resigned myself to having the tooth pulled but I was not going to go back to either of the previous offices. I decided on this office solely based on the reviews... I was recommended to these Professionals by family and understand why. Whole team from start to finish was kind and courteous. Check in was easy. Hygienist Stephanie shared her extensive knowledge for every question and was super gentle and thorough. Easily the best hygienist I've ever had 10/10 would recommend. Dr. Korwek was also gentle and thorough in his exam. A big thank you and see you next time.

Called to get appointment for dental work. I was asked what care I needed I told them at least 2 extractions or more. Not been to dentist in a long time due to past experiences as a child. Then asked my age. 65. Then asked if I had insurance. NO I DONT. I was then told they were going to check the appointment conformations to see if they can get me in sooner. Said she would call me right back. That was 2 days ago. "THANK YOU FOR THE PAIN EXTENTION" I am a Senior and a US NAVY VETERAN OF 9 Years . To be blown off like an undesirable person is discussing. This office was highly recommended by a good friend. Oh wait he has dental insurance. Will be discussing this with VA to get them on a avoid list. And filing a complaint WITH THE BBB. and if I can the state dental board. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

I didnt want to give this place any stars but the Doctor here is very nasty and disrespectful! He only comes to work for a pay check, very insensitive and talks to his patients very disrespectful! Also his staff does a lousy job as dental hygienist!! Coming from a veteran, do not come here for dental work if the VA send you here!! He is also very rough in your mouth and talks nasty to patients. Been going to him for a while and every experience has been horrible!
