I wrote a review about my bad experience at this office, and I received a response from the owner. This should lead to better training for their staff, particularly in how to treat patients especially to new patients. They indicates that, apparently, to speed up the process, they send the form several days in advance, which is not true. I have attached evidence in the review showing that I only received two messages: one the day before my appointment and another 30 minutes before my appointment, which indicates the time I received the message. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 in the morning, and I received a message 30 minutes before my appointment. Absolutely, by far, the BEST medical setting I have ever brought my son to. Dr. Laura did not skip a beat in going all out for kids’ comfort and entertainment. From the waiting room to the exam room and prizes, very single thing about the experience here was magical and my son was disappointed when it was time to leave. The staff was extremely understanding and great with children. I would highly recommend Great Beginnings to anyone with neurodivergent kids or neurotypical kids alike.

My daughter is autistic and she loves the pink room and the play room here! But what tops the aesthetically pleasing environment; is the staff and Dr Laura when doing the basic necessities on a day we’re scheduled to come in everyone is so patient and helpful and most importantly they care and are compassionate. I appreciate all the patience we received today and I’m so thankful for everyone at the office. Not to mention I came in today and thought our appointment was this morning and it was actually the same time the next morning Dr. Laura and her staff were gracious enough to get us in quickly so we didn’t have to come back

All I can say is WOW 🤩 We are so impressed with this Dental Office! My son didn’t even want to leave! Dr. Laura,, Emily and Brandy are so nice and caring! Thank you for making this such a great experience for my little guy.

If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars. I've been waiting for months an appointment for my autistic child. This office violates ethical standards of patient care a discriminatory manner. They do not offer any assistance to the patient when they do not understand the process of filling out online forms. The coordinator has a habit of canceling and changing your appointment for no reason and if you arrive at the office on time for your appointment, but for some reason you couldn't complete the online form because you didn't understand some things, they cancel your appointment but don't offer any alternatives to help you fill out the form, they don't offer to reschedule. Definitely not professional ethics.
