WellNow Urgent Care

Utica South-Towne Plaza I made an appointment online AND registered. I get to the location and I’m advised to scan a QR code to check in. I scanned the QR code & filled out the SAME forms on my phone via QR code. I advised the woman at the desk that I’ve already filled this out. She tells me she does t see anything and to fill it out again. I completed the forms and asked her if she sees me registered. She doesn’t. She then hands me a tablet with the same forms to compete. I told her I’m not completing them (3rd time). I show her the list of who is next in line (I see my name and already checked in (2nd in line). She tells me “if we go by that then everyone will be in here fighting” - there are only 3 people in here including me. She fills out the same forms on the tablet..AGAIN. 2 minute

I visited Urgent Care WellNow and was fortunate to be cared for by Zhanna Voytovich. Despite her busy schedule with many patients, she took the time to ask about my symptoms. I was dehydrated and vomiting, and she kindly provided medicine to help stop the vomiting and fluids to rehydrate me. Her compassionate care made a difficult experience much better

I brought My daughter to WellNow yesterday because she had a fever of 103.4. The most quickest check in. The nurses/doctors did AMAZING with my child. They weren’t too rough. I highly recommend WellNow to everyone.

Went to this location for an injury. The reception was excellent and the medical staff called us back in a timely manner. We then waited in a room while they saw multiple other patients who came in after us. This is after logging into their Que system. Reception informed staff on arrival that an X-ray was likely needed, but because of the delay, the X-ray tech had already left the location. With no X-ray tech, they told us to drive to Wellnow in Rome to get an X-ray.

The male nurse practitioner there is very moody and didn’t want to interact at all. He didn’t even ask me what was wrong with me, just prescribed me antibiotics. He should not be in this profession if he hates his patients! I am so disappointed with the service by that specific nurse practitioner or physician practitioner (male with beard, he wears mask). This kind of service makes you look dumb not talented and educated.
