Aspen Dental - Utica, NY

I not only am doing this for that incentive but I truly do appreciate the work and care put into my visit today and really want to persuade others in my predicament that this is the choice. I have not been to the dentist in too long and I tried the other location and was canceled because they had the flu but could get me in the next day… lol I don’t want the flu!!! Here I am trying out this location in north Utica and I actually found myself loving it. The hospitality, the vibes, the atmosphere, the workers.. if you want to feel comfortable and don’t like going to the dentists—- come here. 👍

Aspen Dental's North Utica, N.Y. office is efficient and professional in its practice, and its employees are kind, courteous, patient, and respectful under Dr. Keena Brittingham and Office Manager Kiersten. They calm dental anxiety and counter it by thoroughly explaining necessary procedures and listening, welcoming patients' questions and concerns. Office desk clerks, Toni and Andrea, booked my appointments promptly. Dental hygienist Cory did fine work on cleaning my teeth, explaining the procedure beforehand and during it. I had a filling restored and a missing filling and broken tooth replaced with a crown by Dr. Brittingham, whose work is thorough and efficient. The customer care is exceptional, especially from Toni and Andrea. They have been absolutely wonderful with handling my elderly mother who is 89 and my aunt who is 90. We would not go anywhere else. There isn’t a better staff anywhere.

Epic win for North Utica Aspen Dental today! I came in in severe pain. My appointment was for 4pm but they got me in at 8:30am - #Win The staff? SUPER FRIENDLY!! Makenzie took X-Rays and was SUPER sensitive to my much hurting loose tooth! Erin prepped like a master Jedi- a pure Yoda through and through! De. Brittingham is simply THE best. She explained everything in simple terms. She actually was able to extract teeth TODAY! All in all- PERFECT experience. ALL staff were polite, thorough and professional. I left knowing and most importantly, understanding next steps. I’ve got scripts for pain!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

I absolutely love and appreciate everyone at aspen ! They always take amazing care of me and my smile!! Erin is always so sweet! They make me feel like family here! I’d never go anywhere else! Thank you guysss!!!! Jazz & Tonii always makes me excited to come back!
