WellNow Urgent Care

I had a freak ski injury while at holiday valley. I needed an X-ray and being from outside the US I had no idea how the system would work for my care. The process was fast and accurate. I was in and out in under 90 mins. Update: Wellnow issued a second bill for $150 (in addition to the original $175). I was confused and called their billing office and stated that the office made it VERY clear that the $175 paid up front was all that was needed. That was obviously a lie. I received a letter stating I owe another $150. The billing office just stated that they don't know why the office told me the bill was fully closed. When I asked what the extra $150 was for, they said it was for my visit. I asked what the initial $175 was for and they said it was for my visit. Confused, I asked why

Love this place! The male nurse we had made my daughter laugh and was so sweet. She was so sick. She was throwing pretend meatballs at him and he was acting like he was eating them. Super nice guy. And the doctor she seemed so caring and sweet. Super knowledgeable and kind. Amazing visit. So thankful to have an office like that here! Amazing job.Thank you.

I was able to go online and make an appointment. Appointments were available all throughout the day, starting availability in just 10 minutes. When I arrived I was greeted and seen by kind professionals. The waiting room, and all the rooms that I entered were immaculately cleaned. I received immediate care for a small break in my foot.

I was really impressed by this urgent care. I felt that that they were reasonably quick, professional, and generally nice. Honestly, I didn't expect much from an urgent care, but this place did a great job. They did seem a little overwhelmed at first and I waited maybe 15 minutes, but they even apologized for the delay which surprised me given that other urgent cares often have longer waits.

I would highly recommend the WellNow urgent care in Springville, NY. They got me in on a Sunday during a blizzard. They treated me so nice and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated being able to go there instead of an ER which would have cost me almost triple the copay. They were all so professional and caring.
