Bertrand Chaffee Hospital

The doctor and nurses were absolutely wonderful. Got me in fast and they listened to what I had to say about my abdominal pain. They were as thorough as they could be, and with a little humor,which helped lighten my spirits. I would have given them 5 stars but I believe the hospital itself could use some more diagnostics tools on hand for emergency visits.

Thay were real nice and never left any stone unturned I would go there again thay were right on top of everything. Very nice Doctors I would tell all my friends to go there I feel so much better. I love this hospital thay were all great.thank you to all of you for treating me very nice .

Saved my life. I know that's their job, but I've waited in way worse hospitals in my life. This time I wasn't the one in the waiting room and it scared me horribly - but these people were quick, efficient, professional, and there was this one really sweet nurse, she was super calming and understanding while talking me through it all.

What a pathetic time trying to schedule a simple physical therapy appointment. You cant afford to pay a pt receptionist for 1 more hour?? No one answers phones after 4 but yall are open til 5. You dont have employees or the automated system explain theres no one answering phone after 4?? I've been calling multiple times for multiple days even a couple back in october (no one even called back until today after i left a complaint yesterday. go figure.) and I'm just now being told BY THE DR WHO HAD TO TAKE TIME AWAY FROM A PATIENT to explain the receptionist leaves at 4 and there's no one to answer them. And i know she only did it becuase of my complaint. You wasted my time and I am in pain. Not surprised though I guess its my own fault for thinkng Bertrand chaffee could handle scheduling a

I can't believe the care I received in e.ergency and on the 2nd floor. I love this hospital and would never use a city one unless it was a stroke the rushed me in got me on oxygen and meds nurses and doctors all there at the min I got in stayed two days on 2nd floor omg the best care from nurses pas doctors aids and my respotory the got me on the rode to recovery I have had 9 surgeries over the years here and a baby the best hospital ty all
