WellNow Urgent Care

Best place ever!!! Went over the weekend and was treated like family. The dr? Stephanie was fantastic. Very kind and not rushed. The young male nurse mike made me feel heard and cared for, even helped put on my jacket when I was done. The girl at the front desk with the tattoos and glasses was super nice and helpful while I was dealing with an insurance issue. This place even gives you snacks when you leave!!! There is slushies and toys for children and even a arcade game I will tell everyone to come here from now on

My twins had upper respiratory problems that weren't going away. We visited on a weekend evening at 5. We were out within an hour, with labs done and prescriptions given. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient, from the front desk to the providers. Great experience!

Scheduled an appointment at 4:40pm more than an hour later I am still sitting in the waiting room but by all means take the walk ins before me. Very disorganized place, not enough staff on if it is taking this long to see us. What is the point in having the ability to schedule an appointment if it doesn't mean anything? It is now 6:10pm and finally called back. I should have been able to be home and picking up a prescription for my son by now but instead I just being seen and waiting for swabs to run! I will never bring anyone here again.

Was visit from out of state. Woke up Sunday morning needing to be seen asap. Walked right in. No issues with my out of state insurance or paying with my FSA card. Everyone was so nice and professional. I was in and out in no time. Script was sent to the local drug store closest to where I was staying (staff helped to figure that out!). Overall the experience was fantastic!!!!

Dr. Aadum Suteh is an absolutely amazing human and doctor. He was patient and kind and took his time with me, listened and answered all my questions. This was my second encounter with him; the first bring when he saw my son. Both times I left knowing we were in good hands and on the road to feeling better. Thank you! I can't express how much it means to me to know that there are amazing doctors that still genuinely care ... Without hesitation , I will definitely be using WellNow again when needed. Plus, the other staff were profesional and kind as well ..
