They have a truly amazing team. You are greeted quickly when you walk in and are not normally waiting long before you are brought back. My hygienist I normally see (Renee) is super friendly and helpful! She’s also very gentle when working on my teeth but gets everything. Dr. Nylen listened to my concerns and offered a solution. She also got me in to do the solution before she went on vacation. Honestly can not recommend them enough!! I tell all my friends about this office when they say they are in the market for a new dentist

Highly recommend this dental practice. Our family dentist had recently retired so we chose Oswego family dentistry to try. Several weeks before my 1st appt I broke a crown, at the gum line. I called them they got me in for an evaluation that same day. Every appointment my husband and I have had since has been great! First dentist either of us has been to that we could say that.

Dr. Nylen & staff are such amazing humans. They listen, they care, and they’re so communicative regardless of what you’re having done. I highly recommend this practice!

The staff there are wonderful. They go out of the way to make me comfortable. Each and every time that I have gone has been relaxing and, minimal pain. They also have made dealing with insurance reimbursements easier. They get an A+ in my book. This is still true with every visit that I have. I am saddened by learning that my favorite hygienist is retiring. Always great care regardless of who is helping me. Keep up the great work

The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is always fun and smiling (even under the masks). The hygienist that did my cleaning did good work and explained any questions I had. I have been at this office since the last owner, and after working with the new DDS, I have been happy and would not hesitate to recommend this office to my family and friends.
