They were all wonderful and caring. Took me right in and were friendly and professional! I would give them the best rating possible. I hope Ogdensburg realizes what a gem they have in their town. I live in CT and would have had to wait for a long time to be seen. Thank you for your treatment WellNow Urgent care.

I took a spill on Saturday(12/6) and had a petty good chin gash that needed stitches(which I had never needed other than from child birth). To say I was scared is an understatement. When my mom and I walked in the nerves almost instantly went away. All the staff that were there, made me feel very comfortable and semi relaxed. The Dr was fantastic and didn't make me feel like I was just a number. I was extremely satisfied with the treatment I received and the complimentary Slush Puppy and bag of chips helped a lot as well.....HAHA!!!! Thank you so much to all of you that provided me with the best care imaginable.

My leg near shin cut openly by my chainsaw . When I arrived they immediately took me in prepared my wound. Washed and cleansed thoroughly. This whole experience and level of car from arriving was xlnt . Kirk ad front desk and check in , PA Meade was xlnt : cleansed and numbed the area. She was fantastic . Water for numbness the proceeded to place 10 stitches. Thus went perfectly. Used scar bandage and sent me on my way. Must return /0 days to remove stitches. The medical assistant came took vitals and was also very good . That whole staff was amazingly caring and the level of care cannot be expressed enough how good I was treated. FYI tbat apple cider slushie is phenomenal as I left and said goodbye. Thanks to All at Well now. Allan Sherman

This is the second time I’ve used WellNow clinics for preemployment clearance purposes and they were very kind, caring, and compassionate. I was able to get all my requirements done in one day under an hr each time. They were very professional during my visits.

I am a person who waits until the last minute to do anything for pain hoping it will just go away and although sorry for it ,at Wellnow I did this twice. The staff on both occasions took me in with smiles and great personalities to go along with that and had me laughing before even looked at. The staff listened to my problems and in no time a plan was executed to help me and I was out the door in a timely manner.
