WellNow Urgent Care

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at WellNow Urgent Care in Niagara Falls. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They made the whole process easy and took the time to answer my questions without rushing. The clinic was clean and the service was quick. I really appreciate how respectful and caring everyone was. I definitely recommend this location if you need urgent care in Niagara Falls.

While I won’t discount the service itself. The front end could use some consideration. They now enforce electronic usage, instead of actual customer service. Instead of providing or handling walk ins themselves, they will hand you a tablet and “politely” tell you to do it yourself. Also for those that may need to know, they keep your card information on file. And create an account for you. Be sure to change the settings to ensure you recieve notifications, or paper delivery of documents and or to “change” your credit cards as needed. You cannot remove them from the file yourself.

I had hurt my ankle and drove to Urgent Care straight from work. Although there were quite a few people ahead of me (and I did not make an appointment), I did not have to wait too long. All staff were very friendly and accommodating to me including the receptionist, physicians/nurses, and xray tech. I was very impressed with how kind and attentive the staff was and I felt like they took their time to listen to my concerns & later explain what things I needed to do at home. I would definitely this location to others.

I had a great experience there. I came in with some minor issues such as a cold and without hesitation I was handed a note for work and a list of 4 prescriptions and inhaler just in case. And on top of that I received a message to check my results, which did come back positive, and later I also received a call from the leading doctor there as well as a nurse to confirm that I was informed of my positive result. I am very pleased with this well now. Probably my best experience in one so far.thank you to everyone there for being so thorough!!

I signed up for appointment the morning of my visit and it was pretty easy. I arrived & was seen within 10 minutes. The PA was very nice as were the nurses. The PA was kind and listened to me. She explained things as well. Over all it was a good experience.
