This was above and beyond, and I am so grateful for your help and compassion! I didn’t get your name and I regret that, Ma’am, but my father, a late stage cancer patient suffering severe pain was really in a tough spot because of an error that Sister’s Hospital of Buffalo committed upon his discharge to care of Niagara Hospice. The Hospice Team and pharmacist from Summit Park Pharmacy together made this solution happen after business hours, on Christmas Eve and delivered these much needed meds to our home. Dad is resting comfortably now thanks to you, my whole family is so grateful to you both, we were afraid we would have to transport him via ambulance to the Buffalo VAMC just for severe pain relief and fluid retention meds from the combined late stage terminal cancer and kidney disease.

I walked in today for my flu vaccine and had an excellent experience. It took maybe 5 minutes, Debbie was extremely helpful and efficient with taking my insurance and paperwork and Chris administered the shot which I did not feel at all! 10/10 recommend!

I've never experienced such wonderful and devoted pharmacists. They are amazing in every way. I've had prescriptions needing to be filled while visiting NYc a couple years ago and they helped me the whole way. I am so thankful to have them for the last 7yrs.

Wonderful staff and service! I wish that all pharmacies were like this. I needed info on CGM insurance coverage, Pharmacist Sarah's help with insurance coverage and purchase was excellent. It was a pleasure to work with her.

My 89 year old father should be the star of my reviews because he's in so many of them, here's another: I have been thinking about an easier way to deal with his prescriptions. Summit Park Pharmacy is a little pharmacy that does big things. Chris is the pharmacist who runs the show with an excellent support staff. They transferred and delivered his prescriptions. Most of all they stay in touch. Can't ask for better.
