WellNow Urgent Care

I guess everyone can have different experiences. I stopped by for a walk in appt today, October 2nd 2025. There were 9 people already waiting. Some of them had not checked in because there was no clear guidance anywhere. The front desk person was not very helpful, there were elderly people standing and she did not even care to guide them or inform them of the check in process. She had a careless attitude unacceptable when dealing with people seeking medical help. Needless to say, at this point I left because I was not willing to spend 4 hours of my day in such environment and on top of that having to pay myself for God knows what type of attention. For being one of the newest WellNow in the area, they have so much to learn and improve. Will not be back.

If you value your time and have people or things to tend to, look elsewhere. I reserved an appointment spot for 6:10pm. It's now 7:00pm and still no one has come to get me and the lobby is packed. I expect full honesty when setting an appointment/reservation up, if they were too busy, maybe inform the patient of the longer wait or remove the reservation times that are far-fetched.

I had a physical at WellNow and was seen by an incredible NP, Cassandra. From the moment she walked in, she was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to actually listen, asked thoughtful questions, and never made me feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. It’s rare to find a provider who is both clinically excellent and genuinely compassionate, she absolutely was both. Highly recommend.

We went in this afternoon with our six-year-old who had a double ear infection. I am aware we were lucky to be the only people in the waiting room so we were seen right away, but even if we had to wait, this would have been a wonderful experience. The entire staff - registration, nurse, and physician - were so kind and warm and took extra time with us. The facility is clean and the registration was digital and extremely convenient. Thank you for the kindness you showed us and for caring for our daughter when she wasn’t feeling well!

Great staff and providers that actually takes time to listen and treat their patients. The provider made a great call by sending my 2 yr old to the ER. He ended up being sicker, like she said. She recommended us not wait for lab results to come back. She did the same for my 6 yr old . Her recommend treatment was appropriate and worked to help my child get better. Short wait time. I highly recommend this provider and Urgent care. Thank you guys for what you did for my kids and the care you provided. I truly appreciate it.
