Today's Dentistry

I'm starting my second year with this practice. I have been impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of this practice until today. I had a google calendar link from the practice of an appointment later this week that matched what I had on my calendar. I then received a text with a later time of day. After a series of texts, the office claimed the later appointment time was correct, even after I texted the correct google time link from them. They said my google calendar must have imported it incorrectly. They didn't even apologize. I left a phone message early this morning for the office manager to call but no response as of 4:30 pm today. Very disappointed.

Dr. Pateras is thorough, gentle and does excellent work. I am happy with the just right amount of anesthesia that he uses and the work that he does.

Unfortunately had to reschedule today due to a surgery I had on January 12. But everyone's efforts got me reschedule for May. But I was put on the cancelation list for anytime in April.

Always a fantastic experience. Thank you to Dr Pateras, Megan and Karen for always taking care of me and my teeth!

A great experience. Tara the hygienist was phenomenal. Dr was great. Staff is wonderful.
