WellNow Urgent Care

I scheduled an appointment online and was greeted as I walked into the clinic. The staff was very friendly, they got me in quickly and within minutes, they knew what was going on with me. The provider, Kristina C, was awesome! She had an antibiotic and a follow-up med submitted to the pharmacy before she even came into the room, making the process quick and smooth. She was also extremely friendly and had a great bedside manner! 10/10 experience!

My own doctor was ill and there would be no appointments available for quite a while. I was frustrated and crabby when I arrived for my appointment at WellNow after suffering from the worst cold ever for 2 long weeks. Yet everyone was so patient with me. Very thorough, despite my whining. Very professional. Jessica made me feel better right away just by talking in her warmly authoritative manner, explaining her treatment choices in a completely understandable way. I simply felt well cared for by all the WellNow "heroes."

I walked into the facility and was welcomed immediately. They checked me in and took me back to the exam room immediately and was taken care of. I was in and out within 1 hr. Patric was the physician that took care of me. He was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend him. Thank you WellNow for taking such good care of me. Also the whole staff there is top notch.

I feel your staff in RN did a great job making me feel comfortable and that they were truly knowledgeable. They were all very professional and caring and very happy Group. I’ve been a volunteer at UPMC for 26 years now and I can tell a good group of Help care individuals.
