She instantly found all my tension spots and worked out knots I didn't even know I had. Her technique is phenomenal—I walked out feeling lighter than air. ​Next, my daughter and I indulged in the hybrid facials and the incredible head spa experience. The hybrid facial left our skin glowing, and the head spa was the most unique and therapeutic scalp treatment we've ever had. Lakewood Retreat is a truly unique spa experience! The minute Kim welcomed me into her charming, Victorian space overlooking the lake, I immediately felt a calming and peaceful energy. I had the most luxurious 75 minute hot stone massage and, because Kim is an outstanding chiropractor as well as massage therapist, she was able to relieve my muscle and joint pain! She also gave me excellent advice on nutrition that can reduce inflammation and showed me exercises I could do at home to help prevent future problems. I felt like I was on vacation and I left feeling renewed, refreshed, and rejuvenated!

I love Lakewood Retreat it’s so relaxing, it is a little getaway from the everyday stresses of life. I got a 75 minute hot stone massage and it was the best I have ever had! Kim is awesome and so attentive! I spent time in the relaxation room massage chairs sipping tea while my mom had her massage. It was such a lovely experience and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake.
