PA Hektor took my symptoms very seriously and he gently helped me understand the seriousness of my medical emergency. I am grateful to him for that. Members of his staff were all so welcoming and caring and I saw them treat each patient in the waiting room with professional attention and courtesy.We as a community are very fortunate to have these polite professionals caring for us

I had a really good experience here. Like a lot of people, I ended up here because I couldn't get a primary care appointment at a time that aligned with my work schedule. I scheduled an appointment online, and was actually seen a bit early since there were not a ton of people in the waiting room. The tech and front desk people were really nice. The doctor who saw me was very knowledgable and answered all of my follow up questions, even when I was being a bit neurotic. He listened to all my questions and was super clear and comforting about my concerns. I personally found the rooms to be very clean and everyone seemed so kind and professional. I hadn't been feeling well for several days and stopped in after work. I was able to make an appointment and came back later in the evening. The entire staff from front desk, to nurse and doctor were outstanding. They patiently answered all my questions and truly care about their patients needs. Very highly recommended!

My second visit to WellNow in Ithaca was just as excellent as my first. The physical space is comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff is very professional, yet personable and warm. My PA Tim Kujawski is a top-notch medical professional. He listened carefully to my concerns, asked all the appropriate questions, evaluated my condition, and prescribed a medication that worked beautifully! This is the second time I’ve been seen by PA Marissa Donnelly and both were pleasant experiences! She has the best bedside manner of any medical professional I’ve ever visited (and I’m pretty old). She is friendly, knowledgeable, proficient, and exceptional. I really hope she stays in the area because she is an asset to the Ithaca area.
