Freeman chiropractic has helped me on multiple visits. I really appreciate Dr. Spencer's caring soft tissue approach that prioritizes getting you better rather than requiring multiple long term follow ups. I also appreciate his focused care that does not always involve manipulation and is far from the "rack em and crack em" approach of some providers. He even sent me follow up videos of him demonstrating some of the exercises we discussed, so I could rehab myself at home. Freeman chiropractic offers 5 star care than I am happy to send my friends and family to.

Love Dr. Freeman - I've had fabulous care with him, and I also felt so cared for. More than just his expertise, I really appreciate his bedside manner, and his attention, which is both generous and affirming. Dr. Freeman treated my neck and feet, where I store a lot of stress, and I left his office feeling relived in both. Can't recommend Dr. Freeman enough!

I had shoulder and neck pain for years, and many times it prevented me from working efficiently. I have tried physical therapy and massage at many places until Dr. Freeman helped me. What I realized is that physical therapy is about finding which muscles are causing the problem and fixing them in the right way (stretching or enhancing its strength). Only a correct combination can help, and Dr. Freeman found the correct combination for me. I now feel much better, and I will keep practicing what I have learned from him, probably lifelong. Regarding other aspects: the place is clean, Dr. Freeman and the staff are friendly. With my Aetna insurance, I only need to pay $20 per visit, which is very affordable. I would like to strongly recommend this place to anyone who suffers from physical pain

My wife just had her first session with Dr Freeman. He's super knowledgeable and friendly, very patient-conscious, seems very skilled and up to date on modern therapies. My wife had a stroke a few years ago and needs a wheelchair. Her neck started bothering her 2-3 weeks ago, finally got bad enough to need help. Dr Freeman did a great job taking her history and focusing on the important parts, did an evaluation of her neck and shoulders, and then did about 15 minutes of therapies from massage to a little "thumping" tool. Her neck is much better now! We're waiting a bit to see how it settles down before scheduling another session. They take Medicare and are in-network for Empire Plan (Cornell stateside). Very happy to have found a great new chiro! Highly recommeded!

While travelling, I slipped a disc and got stranded in Ithaca. I went to Dr. Freeman because he was the only chiropractor available on short notice that Saturday. Every chiropractor is different so I was nervous he wouldn't be able to help me effectively. The ER only gave me NSAIDs and lidocaine and they did nothing to help the misalignment. I couldn't bend over or sit at all. I had to crash my friend's house because I couldn't get back on the road. I was in a terrible position. Thankfully, Dr. Freeman is an excellent chiropractor and a compassionate care provider. He incorporates what I describe as massage-type moves which is different from my other chiropractors, but more than welcome. He has a cool bed that moves to help you get back in alignment. That was also new to me and I liked it
