WellNow Urgent Care

I love going to WellNow. They are very friendly, efficient, and never have to wait long. The Doctor listened to me. And gave me a prescription that is already starting to help me. It's so nice to know there is somewhere to go on weekends when my doctor's office is closed. I dont like going to any emergency room. Unless its an emergency. The wait is crazy. Hours and hours you sit there waiting.

The 3 times I have seen one specific doctor this location I have been blown off by them all 3 times. Told basically to suffer through my symptoms only to come back a few days later or head to the ER after being made to wait an hour or so for the doctor to see me for 2 minutes. "Beat it on my own" Do no harm, but I guess that doesn't mean you have to help either. I suffer from frequent sinus infections. I'm sorry that I can tell in 3 days if I'm going to beat it on my own or not. I've been in this body 30 years and had multiple sinus infections for every. Single. One. Of those years. If it was going to go away by its self I wouldn't feel like this. But ignore what I say. Fine. Tell me thats a specialist's problem. Sure. It is. But most specialists aren't available after 5pm and take a refer

The staff at the WellNow in Fulton NY are professional & quick. After cutting my hand & needing stitches they got me on and out within 30 minutes. I appreciate the quickness & bedside manner. I’ve never had stitches before so they handled it perfectly.

Michael and the rest of the staff we encountered with my elderly mother was exceptional. The only disappointment was that a sample taken to be sent out to a lab wasn't picked up. This was on a Saturday, and the weather wasn't predicted to be the greatest, so I don't know who responsible for that, but that was the down side. 1/24/26

I think it's a Very Friendly and organized operation! They are straight forward with wait times and very thoughtful of why your there the staff are amazingly great for this community. Others in the medical community should take note.This operation is a standard they all should be following. Thank you all at the Well Now in Fulton New York Great Job!
