Fulton Urgent Care

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgustingly rude staff. They had my mother do her own swabs instead of doing a proper vaginal exam. Without disclosing her medical information she needed that exam. I was hung up on three times by the staff. I was told they cant disclose inforamtion due to HIPAA however the nurse had already told me what went on in the room (HIPAA violation) when I didnt ask. All I asked about was why she wasnt given a proper exam. My elderly mother has no idea what she was doing and there is no telling if she did it right. This is terrible patient care. This is a terrible clinic and I will be reporting them for lack of patient care in every way possible. I work in the medical field and this is unacceptable. The manager is no better than the staff. I have a standing order to get blood work done every 2 weeks. I liked the fact that if I wasn’t available during lab hours, I could go to the urgent care and have my lab work done. I went in tonight and was told it wasn’t possible and that I needed to come back during lab hours. I’ve explained that if I can’t make it during lab hours, I’ve always went there to have my lab work done and I was basically told that wasn’t true.

Admission was satisfactory, triage nurse was rude not compassion at all and very short with her answers and not very comforting with my daughter at all. The nurse shoved my 10-year-old daughter out of her way after telling us the three of us could go into the room. After being seen by the doctor myself and my daughter the doctor stated that the nurse would return with our discharge paperwork over an hour later the doctor returned to tell us that the nurse had vanished and had no idea where she had gone could not find her so we were discharged with no discharge paperwork. I've never experienced such poorly run medical services anywhere in my lifetime for a nurse to disappear and a doctor not to be able to give discharge paperwork just not acceptable at all something you should be done!!!!!

Busy and Awesome Waited 5 1/2 hours for my appointment but besides that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Good environment and place to be, might need more staff though cause waiting that many hours got my trippin’. Besides that, I'm signing off

Always love the quick and caring experience we have here. 10/10 recommend. Also another point to add, I see the same nurse every-time I visit, I cannot remember her name unfortunately but she’s so good with my kids and seeing the same people really builds rapport and feels reassuring that the staff is appreciated in their workplace. Grateful for local quick care! Especially with our Christmas Day strep catastrophe. Amazing!
