WellNow Urgent Care

My daughter needed to see a doctor on a Sunday morning. I went on the website and was able to book a spot to be seen within 15 minutes. We got there and were taken back to a room in minutes. (We were the only patients there). The nurse came in and did vitals and was so good with my 8 year old. I was SO impressed with the PA, Adam Durfee. I am a registered nurse and can tell a knowledgeable doc from a not so knowledgeable one. Adam was top notch! He knows his stuff and assessed my daughter, did cultures and explained everything. He was so gentle with her too. I wish i had the opportunity to work with him professionally, I can tell you he is a wonderful provider. All the staff in the office were so accommodating and professional.

If I could give no stars I would This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. I came in for a simple drug screen and was told it would take about 20 minutes. Nearly TWO HOURS later, I was still waiting. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience. When I explained I needed to use the restroom after waiting so long, I was treated with zero empathy. Staff were whispering and making comments about me, which was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was calm, respectful, and did nothing to warrant the way I was treated. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated like that—especially in healthcare. I will never return to this location.”

I had a very frustrating experience with WellNow Urgent Care today. I had an appointment to complete my CDL renewal physical but couldn’t make it to the original time, so I called ahead to reschedule. I was told over the phone that it was no problem and to come in by 7 PM. When I was running a few minutes late, I even called again at around 7:05 to let them know, and the person on the phone reassured me it was fine and to take my time. However, when I arrived at 7:08 PM, the attitude I was met with was completely different. The staff showed no compassion or understanding, despite what I was told on the phone. They turned me away without even attempting to accommodate me—even though my appointment could’ve easily been completed in a short amount of time. It’s incredibly frustrating to be

Figured out what was causing my jaw pain and diagnosed me with tmj which i was kind of suspecting. Appointment was quick and doctor was gentle as I was in a lot of pain at the time. Overall 10/10 experience.

The doctors were very caring, understanding and helpful. I was seen right away. Very fast and thorough. They took care of Sprained hand. And gave me good care instuctions. And The receptionists & nurses are wonderful as well. I would highly recommend well now
