Three Little Birds Pediatrics

There is and likely always will be a waitlist unless you have a newborn. That is just how it goes. After waiting almost two years to get into this doctor’s office, I can confidently say it was well worth the wait. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. We have seen all of the doctors, and they are truly phenomenal. The receptionists are helpful, patient, and friendly, which sets the tone the moment you walk in. The entire office has a calm, relaxed atmosphere. You can genuinely tell that everyone there loves children and truly enjoys what they do. It is a wonderful place to bring your kids.

Three Little birds is the best of the best all around. From the moment you call, to walking in, and receive care. The providers? Phenomenal, we have seen them over the last 4 years and my concerns never go unnoticed or unanswered. The receptionists? Absolutely amazing. I’m actually writing this review because I am in absolute awe in how Amber took my call to schedule appointments in advance and we ended up scheduling more than I originally planned/knew was needed. And she did so with a tone that felt like her smile was radiating through the phone.

Dr. Branche is so caring, kind and positive. The nurses are amazing as well. We have never felt rushed or judged, only love and support from this amazing pediatrician. We always feel heard and the care and compassion for our son has been top notch!! We are lucky to have 3 Little Birds in Batavia.

My husband and I have been so impressed with this practice. I’ve been working as a medical assistant in the medical field for a little over 10 years now and I’m extra critical when going to doctors and I cannot praise this practice and its providers enough. The front staff are so incredible friendly, all of the nurses are so sweet and treat my son as if he was their own and as for the providers I’m just blown away by their friendliness, kindness, and overall knowledge. They take the time to address all of my questions and as a first time mom I have a lot. The gentleness in which they speak is so calming and reassuring. I love this place. I’m from the Buffalo area but live in Batavia so I don’t have many local friends to recommend this place to but I praise this practice to everyone I can.

Dr. Branche is so amazing. She listens to all our concerns and addresses every single one. She makes us feel very comfortable and is reassuring. Our time together is never rushed. I wish every child could have her as their Dr!
