Aspen Dental - Batavia, NY

My experience here was phenomenal from the staff to the doctors to people who help finance, we're top-notch. I actually made it early to my appointment And then, they took me right in the room earlier than i had expected. The imaging was an easy task right in the next room to where you see the doctor. I can't wait to come back to continue with my procedures with this staff..

Marcia I’m 75. I’ve been anxious about seeing dentist for years( product of 60’s dentistry, mo empathy, no novacaine, etc). I was greeted at front desk with super friendly, helpful staff. Q did my X-rays thoroughly and professionally while easing my anxiety. My teeth were cleaned by Layla and Amy. Again, thoroughly professional but with kindness and empathy. I was never rushed. Tiffany helped with my payment and future scheduling. The entire office was kind and respectful, I couldn’t recommend Batavias Aspen dental more!

The staff are all wonderful! I was a client previously. I haven't been able to keep my old dentures in or eat with them. The care and customer service has greatly improved since then. I have been telling anyone I can how things have improved and recommend Aspen Dental in Batavia hands down. Dr. Tewolde is the best. He has the best personality! He took his time to get things right for my new set of dentures. Christine the dental assistant was so helpful and also had a great "chair side manner ". Katelyn the office manager is fantastic and again the customer service is fantastic with all the staff! As I stated I was a previous client and wasn't going to return. I'm so glad I did! The whole atmosphere has greatly improved. The quality of work and service provided by all are wonderful. Katelyn

I called for an emergency appointment and asked probably 100 questions and the receptionist Vickie or maybe it was Becky was extremely sweet, kind, patient and went above and beyond for me. They were able to get me an appointment next day and she even went as far as finding the soonest oral surgeon appointment at any location. Thank you so much for your 10000/10 service!

Had my first appointment and everyone was ABSOLUTELY amazing !!!!!. Definitely will be recommending this team to friends and family. Looking forward to my future appointments, Katelyn beck-Ryan was amazing in helping with finances and getting me right in to start my mouth healing process, Kim who did my cleaning has the hands of an angle and the dentist that did my filling where all amazing !!!!
