I highly recommend Alex. I had an inflamed femoral nerve that was so painful it prevented me from standing for more than a few minutes and from walking any distance at all. I am a Wellness Coach and have worked out every day for more years than I care to remember. This injury really threw me for a loop, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. Physical therapy took on a whole new meaning when I started with Alex. I have been in and out of PT for years and never gave it much merit. Being told to go over there and do that for 15 minutes followed by some unsupervised exercises and a hand out of "do at home" exercises, all of which were not helpful. I really doubted the whole profession. My new doctor directed me to a new therapist and that’s when I met Alex. He is the most knowledgeable therapist I had ever met and a teacher as well.
