Dr. Dayo is reliable, efficient and quite honestly a life-saver. I sleep better at night knowing that she will always come through with Grandma’s medications when needed. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription. The pharmacist stated she would not fill my prescription because my doctors office was too far away. My doctors office is in the medical center 18 miles from the location of the pharmacy. I live down the street so I was dropping of my prescriptions close to the house for convenience. I feel she discriminated against me because I have visible tattoos on my hands and arms. I called the next day to discuss what happened with the owner . She stated she was the owner, refused to give me her name so I could provide it when filing a complaint with Medicaid (as this pharmacy advertises specifically to Medicaid clients) and she refused to give me her name, take my complaint and hung up on me. Outstanding Pharmacy! I've been going to Wellness Plus for years. In fact, I got fed up with the disinterested, rude pharmy techs at CVS and Walmart, (to mention just two). I no longer need to feel the anxiety and worry that the pharmacist repeatedly "forgettingt to reorder" a prescription that they were filling for 5 months straight. I can go on about the completely rude techs and the pharmacists of those large chains and how they acted as if they were 'the only act in town'. Well forget that mess! I started going to Wellness plus and from the first time I called, and I received a very cordial, polite answer, I knew I was going to like them.
