Wellness Dental Care in 29 Palms Dentistry

Had a great experience with Stephanie who helped with my 4 year old a few days ago. She was professional, and so helpful with getting my son feel comfortable (he was nervous about going to the dentist!). She took his x-rays and did his cleaning. She was so gentle, he didn’t show any signs of discomfort at all! On top of that, She explained everything clearly—from procedures to dental health to scheduling—in a way that was easy to understand. I personally think that she needs a raise!!! The Doctor was great too. He was very thorough with the exam, walked me through the x-rays, and he was polite, too. The worst dentist I've visited. I had two teeth filled, and the procedure left me in excruciating pain. The pain was so severe that I had to return twice. The girls who took X-rays and the front desk staff were fantastic. They deserve praise, but the man who does all the dental work performs appallingly. I am in so much pain STILL & it’s been about a month ago, if not longer. I wouldn't recommend coming here to anyone.

I had a root canal done at this office, and the whole process after that has been a complete mess. No one ever explained how insurance authorization or scheduling worked. They went ahead and scheduled me for a crown appointment a week later. When I showed up, the dental assistant started the procedure—but then the office manager walked into the exam room, interrupted, and said they couldn’t continue because there was “no authorization.” The assistant and I were both confused, since the office was the one that scheduled it in the first place. I was told they’d follow up with my insurance, but after two weeks with no call, I reached out myself. When I called, no one seemed to know what I was talking about. First time visiting. Went on Wednesday morning at 9am for regular visit for my kids. My kids loved the play area and played while we waited to be called to the back. Customer service was good. What my kid needed they were able to take care of the same day. I recommend especially for first time patients.

My visit at wellness dental was excellent. All the staff was polite and helpful and I did not have a problem scheduling my appointment are the next one. The doctor he was really great and talked me through the process and answered any questions that I had. To be honest, I did not feel a thing when he extracted my tooth. Thank you.
