Wellness 1 Pharmacy

We stumbled across this pharmacy when we went to shopping pricing for mine and my wife's prescriptions. To date, we can't find anyone to beat their pricing, and their customer relations are second to none. They have earned our bussines.

I was treated disrespectful by a pharmacist named Charles recently by calling me a liar on the phone. I told him that a previous pharmacist told me a couple days prior that my meds was due on Monday. And Charles told me he no one said that to me. He was basically calling me a liar. And I wasn't lying. I'm going to be switching to another pharmacy and am going to be informing others about Charles inappropriate behavior and rudeness towards me. I've had dealings with him in the past. Everyone else is kind and respectful with the exception of him. I've been a loyal customer there and shouldn't be treated condescendingly like he has to me. Other people that I personally know who get pharmaceutical drugs there are going to know about this unprofessional and rude behavior as well.

The lady that “helped” me was so rude . Rushed me then told me they didn’t fill that script even though I had the refill number and the label from when the filled it before . Then she hung up on me.

Been using wellness 1 for almost a decade and while I'm between doctors refused to fill an emergency prescription for 40ish days despite having years worth of info that I've been taking the same medication for years. Didn't bother to check what the medication was or look up my info, just immediate refusal. Going to have to just go with someone else.

I've been with wellness one for 2 years and I just switched my prescriptions over to Kroger. Charles the guy behind the counter is so rude, thinks he's better than anybody else and don't ask him a question! He gets irritated! They either don't have my prescription and they have to order it or they won't fill it when it's due they say it's too soon when I know it's not! Since switching to Kroger I get text messages when my prescription is for pickup , and I get my medication on time !
