The girls that work there in front are fantastic. Very helpful and tentative to your needs. Nurse practitioner was great. Listened very well gave me meds accordingly to my heath needs . I would highly recommend this Urgent Care. Fabulous!

Such a welcoming staff and provider. Definitely a hidden gem in our neighborhood. If you want to forgo the wait times from the chain urgent care centers and receive personalized care, I highly recommended you come here. Their genuine care, concern and support was felt throughout my visit. And again, I absolutely loved my provider and the staff.

If there was a zero stars option, I would give that. My daughter went there with the flu. She got there at 5:45 pm and a Russian doctor that works there told her she can’t see her because there are three people ahead of her and then it will be 6 pm. My daughter was crying with many tears pleading to her and said to her I have the flu and now my ears hurt so I just might need antibiotics for my ears. She said I can’t take you. Clearly she is a person who is doing this just to get a salary and not in medical field for the right reason. I don’t recommend anyone going there because if you are crying and in pain and you can be turned down, then that person turning you down is inhumane!!!!!! Some mom said to her I just came in also and was shocked that she wouldn’t see my daughter too. This

I highly recommend Wellmed Urgent Care. Been going since they opened and have many friends and family that use them also. They have excellent Drs Nurses and medical staff. They thoroughly examine you and give excellent advice and treatment. Nothing like it in the area! You leave feeling relieved and glad you went there.

Poor communication, limited payment options, and overall disappointing experience: I’ve been to this urgent care twice now, and both experiences have been disappointing. My first visit was about two years ago for routine bloodwork, and somehow my labs were lost in transition. I had to come back and get my blood drawn again. I didn’t make a big deal about it at the time, but after my most recent visit, I can confidently say I will never return to this location. To start, they don’t accept debit or credit cards—only cash or Zelle—for co-pays. Thankfully, there’s a Chase Bank across the street, but it’s incredibly inconvenient, especially in 2025, when most medical offices offer standard payment options. After withdrawing $75 for the co-pay, I feel it was a complete waste of both my time and
