Extremely satisfied with the UPS drop off at the Well Care Pharmacy

I absolutely love their UPS drop off service. I hope they know how much it means to the community!

The lady taking calls clearly doesn’t like her is extremely rude and disrespectful has a major attitude problem Shalisa! I asked to speak to boss and she keeps on hanging up on me. I’m asking for my eye medication. Telling me to come pick me up ummm hellooo it’s an eye medication I cannot see in daylight she is so unprofessional

So this is my 1st time dealing with them they supposedly close at 4pm, I get there at 3:20pm yesterday and they were closed, which was a major inconvenience. The young lady who answers the phone apparently doesn't like her job she was very rude. When I asked about direction she said i don't know..

Fast,Nice ,friendly Service,.....What else can I say. These guys love what they do their are always kind and compassionate ....they go above and beyond to accommodate any questions or concerns anyone may have
